π£ English is the official language of the conference. All papers must be written and presented in fluent, professional English to ensure clarity and global accessibility.

Originality:
π Submitted papers must present original research and should not be under review or previously published in another journal, conference, or book. AIIC upholds a strict policy against duplicate submissions.

Formatting Requirements:
π Authors must follow the official AIIC paper formatting guidelines, which include:
- π Paper length: Typically 6-10 pages (including references).
- π Font & style: Use Times New Roman, 10pt, in double-column format.
- π Citation Style: Use IEEE or APA format for referencing.
- π File format: Submit papers in PDF format only.

π All submissions must be made via the official AIIC submission portal before the deadline. π
Late submissions will not be considered.
Ethical Standards and Integrity

π« Plagiarism & Academic Misconduct Policy
Plagiarismβthe act of using someone elseβs work, ideas, or expressions without proper attributionβis a severe violation of academic ethics. AIIC enforces a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism and misconduct.
π’ If an author is found guilty of plagiarism, the following strict actions will be taken:
β Paper Rejection: The paper will be immediately rejected or removed from the final publication.
β Institutional Notification: The violation will be reported to the authorβs supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
β Ethics Committee Review: The case will be escalated to the academic ethics board and funding agencies for further action.
β Public Disclosure: AIIC reserves the right to publish details of the violation, including:
